And that took a year longer!

Must be a slow learner, or just got really excited the deeper we went. And the journey continues…

But late last year I gave a client an executive briefing on what we had learned and done. When I told him about Phase 2 he stood up, came around the table and asked me “Are you an academic? – then why aren’t you out there sharing this stuff?”

As I started to say more to know and such, he cut me off saying we were already way past what people needed to know now. “Just get out there and tell them.”

Which is part of the dilemma of course, because one of the things we found was that telling people mostly doesn’t work. So watch this space and I’ll see if I can not tell you to success demonstrating I know how to use this and not just talk about it.
