Note from my parents

Please excuse Geoff’s absence these last months. He’s been working with two US colleagues on something that terrifies us all – what can we do about the massive disengagement in our staff, prospects, followers and everyone else. Why are we being ignored, and how can we get the attention and engagement that we deserve? Some surprising and super useful stuff.

The conclusion is not a solution to world poverty, but a massive improvement on what most are doing now. So if we are not already doing super well as effective leaders, there is great hope for we ordinary folk.
